My dear friend Pam gave me a confederate rose last year when I moved to Greenville from Florida. I was given three sticks that were shoots and I plunked them into the ground in our back yard with no fertilizer or special soil. All three of the roses bloomed beautiful buds to simbolize our life long friendship. (This photo has been viewed 2658 times)
